We are looking for an operations manager person who is reliable, responsible and committed. This position will consist of following up with clients and working as an operation manager to help manage existing accounts. You will be replying to emails and/or texts messages so you must be comfortable with typing email and corresponding with clients professionally. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required.
Requirements:
⢠Sensitive to the customer's needs and can develop warm customer relationships
⢠Schedule meetings/appointments using Google calendar
⢠Implementing trusted and effective operations and procedures
⢠Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
⢠Flexible work schedule required
⢠Extensive training provided within first 90 day period
⢠Able to use MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word), Google calendar, LinkedIn is a plus
⢠Sales & Marketing experience a plus
⢠Restaurant service experience a big plus
⢠Phone Marketing, Email Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Door to Door Marketing is a plus
