The Customer Efficiency and Intelligent Automation team in the Private Cloud Customer Center at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services ECS focuses on continuous enrichment of customer interactions through managing information channels and platforms, on line environments, digital assets, governance and guidelines for customer engagement channels and communication approaches.

Provides technical/engineering support for Chevron Marine\'s vessels to ensure their safety, reliability, operability and efficiency. Manages marine vessel design and construction projects. Oversees major turn-around and overhaul projects. Assesses and reports on a vessel’s overall condition, shipboard systems performance, operational readiness, and functional integrity. Approves changes to marine engineering systems and operational practices and coordinates vessels maintenance.
