Job Description
We are looking for a talented Big Data Developer, In this role, you'll bring advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues, and we'll look to your Spark data engineering subject matter expertise! In this role, you will frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods. Key skills will by Python, Scala, Spark as applied in a data engineering capacity and designing API.
Skills / Responsibilities
1. Write code proficiently
2. Has a good understanding of software engineering principles
3. Can deploy infrastructure on their own
4. Can setup CI/CD on their own
5. Is familiar with testing strategies
6. In depth knowledge of SQL and relational databases
7. Has exposure to other types of databases such as NoSQL
8. Understands enough about metadata and data governance
9. Strong Scala, Python and spark programming experience is a must
10. Experience with Apache Spark, HDFS, AWS
11. Experience in designing API
12. Extensive experience using programming languages to solve big data challenges.
13. Fluent in structured and unstructured data, its management, and modern data transformation methodologies.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
Must have

Qualification:
Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
