Description A technical school in the Greenspoint area has a need for a Customer Service Representative to assist in their financial aid department on a temporary to full-time basis. This person would be making handling face to face, email and phone customer service with student and parents who are looking to obtain financial aid. They will also be auditing reports for file completion and contacting potential students for documentation as needed for processing. This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing team in the education environment. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Someone Bilingual in Spanish is required!
