Looking for a VERY DETAILED person that is interested in filling a position for a
GROUNDS KEEPER/CARETAKER in the SEABROOK TX area!
The lucky candidate will be responsible for the exterior maintenance of a large home in an exclusive neighborhood - cleanliness/tidiness of garage along with all plants, shrubs, trees, gardens, pool area, out door kitchen area, boat house, driveway, fence, gates, paint touch up, pressure washing, lawn leveling, mulching and any other items that need to be repaired, fixed, cleaned or organized on this 1 acre property.
The hours could be somewhat flexible but once agreed upon will need to be consistent if your the type that always has excuses DO NOT BOTHER.
This would be a perfect position for a retired person who needs some supplemental income and who is in reasonably good health as this position requires some manual labor.
Again this is in SEABROOK TEXAS the candidate will need a current DL and IDENTIFICATION, at least 3 references along with many personal hand tools.
