Job Description

Imperium 7is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team to
provide incomparable customer service for our loyal customers.
The ideal candidate is active and passionate about working for Imperium 7and supporting our
Customers while developing moral and respected relationships with both internal and
external customers.

Job Responsibilities
 Troubleshooting and resolution of Customer Service related queries through
phone, chat, and web tickets per Imperium 7policies and procedures.
 Screen incoming customer calls professionally, assist with verify entitlement,
ticket creation, and route customers to the apt team within the Customer Service
department.
 Develop a good understanding of allproducts, contracts, and licensing.
 Participate in the creation and improvement of Imperium 7 Customer policies,
procedures, and guidelines relating to Customer Service.
 Deliver the best quality to achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
 Develop excellent and respected relationships with customers by providing
accurate, courteous, and resourceful service & support.
 Work with other staff in the customer service department to meet the
performance targets for efficiency, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality
that are above average in the industry.
 Be flexible to work with the Customer Service Managers on higher priority task
and escalations.

Qualifications


 Relevant degree/diploma and/or an equivalent combination of appropriate
training and experience is desirable.
 People-oriented who is able to interact effectively with customers.
 Fast-learner, flexible, and able to prioritize.
 Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
 Multi-task oriented.
 Fast typist.
 Able to remain calm and professional under pressure or stress.
 Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Attention to detail and strong documentation skill
 Computer and network security experience
