We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Operator (Actuator Assembly) to join our manufacturing team in Houston, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and quality-checking actuator components with precision and accuracy. You will work in a fast-paced production environment where your attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.Assemble actuator components according to technical specifications and engineering drawingsOperate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficientlyPerform quality inspections and measurements using precision instruments to ensure components meet specificationsIdentify and report defects or discrepancies in materials or assembled unitsMaintain organized work stations and ensure proper storage of parts and materialsFollow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environmentDocument production activities and maintain accurate records of completed assembliesCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlinesTroubleshoot minor assembly issues and communicate problems to supervisory staffParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
