job descriptionFleet Administrator / AnalystOne of our clients, a provider of infrastructure services in the telecommunications industry located in the 77064 zip code is looking to add a Fleet Administrator/Analyst to their growing team!As the Fleet Administrator/Analyst, you will be responsible, but not limited to the following:
Maintaining fuel card accounts
Assist the Fleet Manager with keeping vehicles compliant with company policies, DOT, local, state and federal laws
Maintaining Vehicle Registration for over 400 vehicles
Report Telematics of fleet vehicles
Create Excel spreadsheets to track fleet related operational, financial and regulatory data
Skills:
Self-starter who is able to work independently while supporting the needs of the team
Excellent proven problem solving skills
Adaptive capabilities
Ability to organize, analyze, and present data
Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive information
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience as a Fleet Administrator or related experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
Excellent Communication Skills
Great Organization Skills and Detail Oriented
Analytical skills
Project Coordination Skills
Ability to work with all levels of management
