The Gift Shop Supervisor supervises the daily operation of a retail gift shop in a health care facility.The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a retail setting. Merchandising experience is preferred.KEY FUNCTIONS
Trains, schedules and assigns the gift shop staff
Plans and implements all tasks necessary to manage a gift shop
Presents merchandise in an attractive, clean, orderly manner
Meets customer needs in a friendly, timely manner; processes orders for the shop
Ensures financial transactions are handled according to gift shop policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
