Jacobs is NASA’s largest engineering solutionsprovider working alongside NASA at centers across the United States.We need you to be a part of ourteam!We are currently in need of an HROnboarding Specialist to join our team. Do you have thefollowing skills?As an HR Onboarding Specialist youwill:

Support the new hire onboarding process (meeting scheduling, new hireorientations, managing onboarding process and files)

Provide onboarding support for the Talent Acquisition team while workingclosely with other cross-functional teams such as HR Business Partners and DepartmentAdmins

Maintains procedural documentation related to onboarding processes

Acquire and maintain expertise to provide support in Taleo, DocuSign and othersystems related to onboarding

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Management to ensureunderstanding of policies and procedures and respond to questions from newhires as needed

Serve as a back-up for responding to inquiries and questions via phone,email or voicemail.

Performs administrative tasks for leadership

Ability to handle confidentialdata with a high level of professionalism.

Strong Excel,PowerPoint and Word skills.

Ability to manipulateand analyze data using Excel formulas.

Prior experience withan Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ability to preparecorrespondence and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention todetail.

Be resourceful inaccomplishing work tasks and obtaining needed information.

Ability to interact ina helpful, courteous and professional manner.

Demonstrated sense ofurgency and level of energy required to handle a fast-paced environment.

Must demonstrateflexibility when work assignments or priorities change and a willingness to dowhatever it takes to ensure the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

Perform other duties asrequired.

QualificationsRequired Education/Experience/Skills:

Requires one (1) year of college with courses in Business Administration and three (3) years related experience, or any combination of relevant education and experience for a total of four (4) years.

Ability to handle confidential data with a high level of professionalism.

Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills. Ability to manipulate and analyze data using Excel formulas.

Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational, planning, and priority setting skills.

Proven ability to work independently on multiple projects concurrently with time sensitive deadlines.

Must demonstrate flexibility when work assignments or priorities change and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

Ability to prepare correspondence and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Be resourceful in accomplishing work tasks and obtaining needed information.

Ability to interact in a helpful, courteous and professional manner.

Demonstrated sense of urgency and level of energy required to handle a fast-paced environment.

Preferences:

Prior experience in Taleo and PeopleSoft.
