Kforce is seeking an experienced Innovation Funnel Project Manager for an enterprise client that is accelerating business outcomes with comprehensive solutions from edge to cloud in Houston, TX. This person will need to go onsite a few days a week so will need to be local to the Houston area.
This opportunity will enable a Innovation Funnel Project Manager to join a team of Developers that are using insights to enhance existing products and create new products. This role is exciting as you are working at the top of new product innovation for a large technology company on products that do not exist today. A lot of the work is around hardware development.
Ensure dashboards are up to date to ensure reports can be put together for leadership
Work with cross functional teams to capture new ideas and products that could be developed
Coordinate meetings of the mind to get the right people talking about if we could take ideas and make them a reality
Be the keeper/conduit of all things
Hold meetings with other partner teams, give presentations and ensuring that management is aware of where things are and what else is in the pipeline
Show what people have done and accomplished in that timeline
Follow up with external teams on the ideas that they have brought forward
Work with various team members to capture status reports to enable stakeholders with key information on what is needed
Create status reports to deliver to leadership in a clear concise manner
Mechanical/Hardware/Electrical engineering degree is not required, but nice to have
Prior background working with hardware development teams
Background working as an engineer (mechanical, hardware, electrical, BIOS, firmware, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple schedules across various teams, time zones and initiatives
Background working with marketing teams, service teams, etc.
