About the Role

The Junior Marketing Specialist reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and works closely with the Americas Campaign Managers to support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and customer cross-sell. Campaign priorities will be determined by the Marketing Director, in line with business objectives, and the Marketing Specialist supports the full team to deliver on those priorities. By supporting the execution of these campaigns, the Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in helping the team achieve their commercial targets.

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

  • Build and execute multi-channel campaign tactics, working closely with colleagues across our program marketing department to deliver on their campaign plans
  • Channels and activities will include: social (paid and organic), SEO/SEM, digital advertising, email, events & webinars, web page creation, prospect & competitor research, campaign analytics
  • Build audiences in identified target segments using Salesforce/Pardot
  • Write, adapt and deliver marketing content for use across your marketing channels/activities
  • Effectively monitor activity and channel performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across Marketing (e.g. Digital, Creative, Content, Product, Events) to successfully deliver and evolve campaign activities
  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Research and Consulting) to build audiences and content

Qualifications

Experience,Knowledge &Behaviors

Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent vocational training/marketing certification
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B product/service marketing is preferred - open to considering entry level candidates
  • Previous experience planning and implementing multi-channel campaign tactics
  • Prior experience using Salesforce, Pardot and Google Analytics is an advantage
  • Understands the principles of using performance data to drive decision making
  • Some experience managing cross-functional stakeholderrelationships
  • Thrives when working collaboratively
  • An energetic and proactive marketing professional; can manage own workload and self-motivate
  • Passionate about learning and development, a keen interest in building your marketing skills and growing yourself professionally
