Our oil & gas corporate lending commitments total approximately $2.3 billion across more than 60 clients, and since 2016, we have participated in over 50 equity and debt offerings totaling over $23 billion. The Oil & Gas team s senior investment bankers offer deep domain expertise, bringing an average of nearly 20 years of corporate finance and energy industry experience.Job duties may include: Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis on public and private companies: comparable company analysis,precedent transaction analysis, leveraged and discounted cash flow analysis.
