DescriptionTCG is seeking Marketing Operations Manager whom is strong in both analysis of KPI's and internal tools, in addition to creative understanding for how marketing teams functionally utilize internal applications. This person will be the forefront of innovation acting as a liaison / internal advisor, between business intelligence and creative services teams for a global organization. This person will be visionary, but also practical, working cross-departmentally to survey current processes, systems used, customer interaction with tools, provide recommendations for improvements to leadership, and lead trainings.This person will have experience in the following areas:
5+ years of leading new marketing automation, demand generation, and system integration programs
Clear communication with all levels of employees, providing excellent customer service and marketing operations support
Currently managing, sourcing, and evaluating enterprise-level vendors
Provides upper management with data analysis, data modeling, CRM system reporting, and presents recommendations
Oversees data or content migrations to new platforms
Has experience working with large scale teams and environments, preferably at a global level
Possess Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Computer Systems, or similar field
