Responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in their growth goals, maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization

Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders. Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs

Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media

Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media (PPC).

Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns

Support content strategy development with research and information gathering on our target audience.

Research, write, edit, and proo content including, but not limited to, articles, marketing material, infographic copy and social media postings.

Collaborate with graphic and web teams to build asset visuals and interactive assets.

Provide and report on content measurement using a combination of Web analytic tools, marketing automation, content management systems, and social media management tools

RequirementsEducation/ExperienceBS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field

2-4 years in social media advertising and display/programmatic advertising

Certified in Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Facebook Advertising

Competencies Experience managing large paid search digital marketing media budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue and key performance metrics

Experience with direct client relationship responsibilities includes regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management

Strong Excel skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Effective writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills

Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives

Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing

Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing

In-depth experience with bid management tools
