Job Description:

• Program managers are responsible for overseeing the achievement of larger organizational goals. They coordinate efforts between different projects without managing any one of them. Instead, they lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation. Program managers are highly skilled professionals who help organizations stay on schedule, on spec, and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth.

• Someone who has a start-up mindset and is driven to become the subject matter expert for your applications and take ownership for their success, development, and performance.


• Relentless in drilling down beyond the problem surface to understand root cause and use data and analysis to convey solution impact and to support process driven solutions.


• Dedicated to using logic and data to construct problem statement including problem description and improvement measures while incorporating metrics to show success and support your decisions and recommendations in creating a viable product roadmap.


• You are a perpetual student of life and a problem solver - savvy enough to enable internal and external transformation of existing thoughts and processes

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, business analysts, design, user experience and delivery


• Work closely with internal partners (Operations, R&D, Customer Service Innovation) to align business targets and drive key results - you should be able to communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling ways through concise written reports and/or engaging presentations


• Ability to manage product vision, personas (user roles, needs, wants and goals), user story mapping, backlog, value proposition/lean canvas, roadmap, sprint planning/review, iterative releases, product acceptance criteria, and ensuring associated business benefit value


• Work with engineering, design, documentation and user acceptance testing teams to create a complete and polished product offering by delivering business requirements in impactful ways i.e., via artifacts such as epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams, mockups/demos, etc.


• Be the day-to-day representative of the business and product management to engineering and development teams within a Scrum framework - managing the detailed planning and delivery of features matched to market & customer requirements


• Maintain a multi-quarter technical product roadmap that includes milestones and prioritized deliverables which includes planning for compliance with standard, remediation of technical debt, and to expose opportunities for application rationalization


• Employ a data-driven approach to contribute and prioritize market data, customer insights and actionable research to improve designs, prioritize features, and guide the roadmap to discover areas for product improvements to fuel user growth


• A bachelor's degree in a technical field or business with a technical background


• 2+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager or related technology field


• 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst/Project Management role

• Skilled at engaging business stakeholders to determine value that will be considered as part of economic value, trade off decisions, or path to realization


• Demonstrated ability in developing groundbreaking enterprise applications through leadership, subject matter expertise and self-motivation


• Experience in multiple software development disciplines (i.e. Agile, Scrum, SDLC)


• You have been/are currently a Scrum Master prior in additions to having Product Owner Experience


• You are well-rounded in both business and operational needs and technical capabilities and limitation
