• RESPONSIBILITIES
o Lead projects from start to finish including planning, scoping, designing, coding, testing and deployment
o Own and lead all Salesforce projects (enhancements, bug fixes, upgrades, integrations)
o Interact with various business users (including senior executives) to gather requirements
o Integrate Salesforce with various products via APIs
o Deploy packages Production and other environments
o Utilize modern technologies to solve problems
o Administer Salesforce to meet business needs
o Customize workflows and dashboards
o Upgrade Salesforce Classic to Lightning
o Perform periodic mass data upload, manipulation and cleanup
o Replace Data.com integration
o Automate various workflows and data cleanup
o Propose ideas to improve processes
o Monitoring and maintaining systems
o Evaluate and interact with third party tools vendors
o Provide detailed estimates for projects and tasks
o Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
o Confirm application operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes
o Create and document standards and best practices for the development team
o Stay up to date with modern technologies
o Conduct knowledge transfer sessions • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
o Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
3+ years experience in Salesforce development
Experience with both Classic and Lightning development
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via APIs
Experience leading projects and managing timelines
Experience in gathering requirements from business leads
Experience in APIs (REST and SOAP)
Knowledge of modern software architecture principles
Demonstrated experience in functional and unit testing
Demonstrated experience in designing software that connect multiple applications.
Knowledge of secure coding best practices
o Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able interact with business leads directly
Must be highly organized with strong attention to details. Able to handle multiple priorities with little direction
Ability to lead a project and coordinate efforts from start to finish
Ability to gather and documenting requirements from customers
Ability to work with a variety of tools and troubleshoot communication issues
Ability to understand projects from the perspective of both client and business
Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
o Preferred Experience
Experience with upgrade projects from Classic to Lightning
Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
Experience in other technologies like .NET, Java, SQL
Experience in modern technologies like Hadoop
Experience in mobile development (Android and iOS).

The position will manage the Salesforce.com database and reporting and provide training and support to users. Additionally, the Salesforce Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team and coordinate related projects as assigned. Responsibilities · Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
· Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
· Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
· Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues.
· Develop training materials and provide training and support to SalesForce.com end users.
· Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management.
· Manage all sales related technical resources and migration of data into Salesforce.
· Integrate and manage applications associated with Salesforce
· Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users. Administrative Support
· Generate a variety of sales related dashboards and reports.
· Administer KPI and related reporting for the sales group.
· Coordinate activities between sales and other departments (such as marketing and training). Additional Skills · Detailed and analytical skill oriented.
· Must be able to manage many moving parts and details at once.
· Organizational and time management skills. Complete work within established time frames.
· Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands. Ability to see the “big picture” while managing several small projects.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to problem-solve job-related issues. Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or related.
· Salesforce certification – earned or in progress.
· Three years experience in Salesforce administration.
· Experience in implementation, training and documentation preferred.
