Location: We are open to remote candidates, based in USA with the flexibility to travel to our US office locations (10-15% annually).
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
The objective of this position is to participate as part of the Global SAP team in support of our business. This role is responsible for delivering SAP solutions with a primary focus on within the sales and distribution disciplines. The role will participate in Global projects, supporting strategic ERP conversions, business continuous improvements as well as sustaining IT projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages, designs, configures, implements and support various business processes in Production Planning and Execution in SAP.
  • Manages, designs, implements, maintains and supports complex variant configuration requirements in SAP.
  • Manages, implements and support business process improvements and enhancements for various sites on SAP with team members who are situated globally.
  • Manages development work assigned to and done by our offshore India team or other locations.
  • Works closely with business users and management in understanding business requirements.
  • Actively involved in implementing/rolling out SAP to new sites in our business.
  • Works in Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing Processes.
  • Provides SAP solutions for Make to Stock, Make to Order, Engineer to order, Kanban and related business requirements.
  • Implements functionality in Production Planning, MRP, Demand Planning, Capacity Planning and ATP.
  • Manages, configures set up and load of materials, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, ECM and various other master data.
  • Provides specifications to developers, test new developments and implements new functionality.
  • Manages work assigned to offshore functional, development and basis team to complete various projects assigned.
  • Prepares end user documentation, business process flows, business process procedures and related documents.
  • Coordinates and provides training to the users.

YOU HAVE:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations or technical disciplines highly preferred)
  • SAP R3 Enterprise ECC 6.0 experience is required
  • Ideally 7+ years SAP ERP Systems experience
  • Ideally 5+ years of SAP PP and VC modules is required.
  • Full lifecycle implementation/integration experience (at least 3)
  • Integration experiences with other areas such as MM, WM, SD, QM, FICO, PS.
  • Functional experience in manufacturing environment in an industry
  • Experience working with integration with other solutions.
  • Ability to work with a demanding and global user community
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to be flexible
  • Able to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment
  • Problem solving ability – independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to liaise and communicate well with internal customers and SAP team members in different time zones

  • S/4 HANA experience
  • This job may require travel up to 25% if needed
