Senior Developer - IT

Seeking a senior-level SQL Server and ETL developer with deep expertise in SQL Server 2022/2025, advanced T-SQL, SSIS, data integration, and analytics. The role owns client data onboarding, master data management, ETL development, production support, and data quality. Candidates with practical AI skills to automate data ingestion, validation, monitoring, and accelerate data analysis and insight generation will be highly preferred. 

 

Detailed Responsibilities 

    Lead client onboarding and implementation projects. 

    Design, develop, maintain and support SSIS packages. 

    Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc data loads. 

    Receive, validate, transform and reconcile client source files. 

    Support master data integration and maintenance activities. 

    Investigate and resolve data load failures, mapping issues, and data quality concerns. 

    Develop SQL-based reports, extracts, and analytical datasets. 

    Support Power BI and Tableau reporting initiatives. 

    Create monitoring and operational support processes. 

    Participate in production deployments, implementation activities, and after-hours support as required.
