Receive of equipment including unboxing, and disposal of boxes
Decommission of old equipment; adherence client guidelines policy (Asset disposal)
Imaging workstations/mobile devices and any other prerequisites
Updating ticketing systems
Asset tracking
IS Analyst(s) experience in Microsoft, virtual environment (Horizon View) and their end user products.
Experience in Hardware desktop support and peripherals
Misc. items align to an IS analyst responsibility for deployment and end user support
Equipment support and lifecycle for conference and training room
Team will report up to the manager of the IT Service Desk
Team Lead responsible for execution of Community’s deployment strategy, weekly status report, and attendance to weekly project meetings
Prep staging area for equipment
End User support
End User assistant in loading equipment
Assisting with the IT training class to train users how to log into the equipment, setup mobile file, show work from home end users how to connect equipment
