This position is eligible for up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus!
As a Heart Failure/Transplant ICU RN you will care for end stage heart failure patients needing advanced therapies like LVAD as a bridge to heart transplant or destination therapy.
Population includes: COPD/Pulmonary fibrosis/ Interstitial lung disease needing lung transplant. Cardiogenic shock, CHF, TAVR, Post PCI.
s/p cardiac arrest needing VA ECMO and ARDS patients needing VV ECMO
Post-surgical care: CABG, MVR,AVR, CEA, Heart transplant, and lung transplant.
