Job Title: Software Architect - Micro Services, Go Lang
Location: Houston, TX
Type: Long Term Contract/Full Time

You would be required to lead by example, solve complex engineering problems and work with a large team located globally. You should be able to
Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods.
Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
Architect, Design and Develop microservices using Go Lang, Spring boot, MySQL, NoSQL on Cloud as well as on-premise solution.
Work with global teams to capture requirements and co-architect solutions.
Own the architecture and be a single point of contact for design and development.
Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software applications design organization.
Provide guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
Develop quick PoCs to evaluate the concept and technical feasibility.
Deliver using agile process using CI/CD pipelines.
Perform security and code reviews.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software engineering
Must be a bachelor's or master's in computer science or related fields
Experience in overall architecture of software applications for products
Experience in building solutions from the ground up.
Understanding of Agile principles needed and experience working in tools like ADO or JIRA.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
Proficient in multiple software development tools and languages, with a strong focus on programming Go Lang, Java, J2EE.
2+ years of experience in Cloud. AWS or similar services like Azure, Google cloud is acceptable.
3+ years of experience in Spring boot, JPA, Microservices.
3+ years of experience in various databases SQL, No-SQL
Good to have:
Experience working with ReactJS, OAuth
Experience developing responsive web applications using JS Frameworks, HTML5, CSS
Experience with AWS core constructs Docker, Kubernetes or K3S, Queues, Notification services, Cache, Cloud watch
