Title: Business Analyst
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Role)
Position: Long term Contract
Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills
· Excellent writing skills
· Must be familiar with TFS Agile processes and ceremonies and be able to write clear concise user stories
· Ability to understand business requirements from the Product Owners and translate them into user stories catering to developers needs
· Ability to get involved with UAT testing and test and understand results (Understand how to use Postman or equivalent UI testing tool(s))
· Ability to lead backlog refinement sessions, daily standup meetings and attend design sessions and be a servant leader for the development team
· Ability to raise risks/issues to management early.
