THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
Two years experience in an upper casual/fine dining restaurant.
Knowledge of white tablecloth fine dining food service is an absolute must.
A passion for service and hospitality.
Extensive food and wine knowledge.
Skills to respond and solve guest complaints.
A positive attitude that inspires others.
Believes in front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house cooperation in all aspects of our business.
