Upon entering State of Grace, the Host/ess welcomes all guests to a place where life slows down and a feeling of nostalgia greets them the moment they walk through the door. The Host/ess communicates clearly and courteously, while working calmly and effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate should be able to take cues from guests’ behavior and demeanor as to their level of satisfaction or happiness and address any issues that arise in a proactive manner. Knowledge of OpenTable and related food and beverage experience preferred.
