We are looking for someone with a passion for cooking and strengths in leadership and organization. This is a full-time position -- salary and bonus is based on experience and performance.
Responsibilities include:
⢠Maintaining a high level of food quality and consistency of dishes
⢠Ability to multitask and work all areas of the line
⢠Managing the back of house team members
⢠Monthly inventory
⢠Work closely with owner on creating dishes for seasonal menu
⢠Assist in training new front of house employees on food knowledge
