Preferred candidates for line cooks with experience cooking steaks to varying temperatures, cooking fish steaks and fillet and frying chicken correctly.
Preferred candidate for wait staff with experience working in high pace environment serving tables with large parties. A super happy/cheerful personality appreciated.
