Sonoma Wine Bar - Upper Kirby
Apply in person today at either of our two locations for immediate consideration, Monday through Friday between 2 and 5pm. We are hiring part time and full time positions.
Experience required to apply: 2-years in a fine dining restaurant or high-volume wine bar.
About the position:
Servers are expected to maintain a high level of menu and product knowledge so that they may provide our guests with exceptional wine and food recommendations
Servers are expected provide our guests with sophisticated service.
Servers should have a current TABC certificate and ServeSafe permit completed within 30 days of the hire date.
Servers work as a team with all aspects of service throughout the shift including setting up the restaurant, side-work and closing duties.
All employees are to arrive to work well-presented and ready to work on time.
All employees should be motivated and have a good attitude.

Opened since 2007, Sonoma is favored by many for our approachable wine list and best Cheese and Charcuterie Boards in town. Our guests can always expect the wine list to feature the best of the vintage with focus on family-owned wineries and boutique offerings.

The Money: Servers earn an average of $20.00 to $40.00 an hour working a 30-35-hour workweek.
