Placement agency in Houston has an immediate opening for a Recruiter to work as an independent contractor sourcing household staff for the agency to refer and place with families.
Responsibilities
⢠Identify qualified candidates for further screening by agency for placement to families
⢠Ensure quality customer service to prospective candidates
⢠Communicate effectively with agency and prospects while maintaining high quality of service and professionalism
Qualification
Experience
⢠At least six months in a recruitment or staffing role
⢠Familiarity with job boards
⢠Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications
Education:
High school (Bachelors degree preferred)
The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Excellent coordination and time management skills are essential requirements of the job.
This is a commission based independent contractor position with flexible hours and it does not come with a base salary.
