Small Property in North Houston seeking a porter/ make-ready. Potential candidate MUST have apartment industry experience. We are looking for a team player who is ready for all handyman repairs. This position is only Temporary!
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for making sure the grounds always look immaculate this includes all common areas.
We have large amounts of sheetrock repairs throughout the property, candidate must be willing to work on these repairs. (Experience with sheetrock, tape and float is a must)
Painting will be a huge role of this position, (touch up paint on the repairs when completed)
