National Cleaning Company Needs an assistant manager
We are seeking managers whom understand the labor pool cleaning companies use and aren't afraid of hard work. Duties include:
Recruiting
Hiring
Training
Scheduling
Supervising
Emergency assistance when needed
Coverage if a janitor doesnt show.
Some Spanish speaking ability is required. We will provide full training and a starting salary of 30k per year plus expense reimbursement, paid vacation, sick pay, and so much more.
Position starts immediately and you MUST have reliable transportation and be able to supervise multiple locations each day. We provide fuel reimbursement and auto allowance.
