Your Role: Building Engineering
Your Purpose:
To operate and maintain all building equipment and systems.
Your responsibilities:
⢠Perform preventative maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related equipment.
⢠Troubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services under minimal supervisions
⢠Supervise maintenance work as needed
⢠complete work orders for service call requests by tenants
⢠Perform daily inspections of all building systems
⢠Respond to tenant complaints/request and follow up on ongoing problems
⢠Monitor and replace light fixtures as needed
⢠Maintain supply inventory
⢠Provide information for budget preparation
Your Experience and Skills:
⢠High School diploma or GED
⢠4 years of related experience
⢠Valid Driverâs License and Insurance Card
⢠Strong mechanical aptitude
⢠Advanced knowledge of EMS systems
⢠Greater CFC Universal Certificate
⢠Mathematical and reasoning skills and abilities - advanced
⢠Microsoft office programs - basic
