EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN with a wide range of skills needed, $15.00/ hour!
Work as needed up to 20 hours per week to repair and upkeep residential properties. Job requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel to Humble/North Houston, Conroe & Surrounding Areas to tend to residential properties as scheduled.
Requirements:
1. Must be able to analyze and fix problems at properties without supervision.
2. Must work well with hands and have your own basic tools.
3. Must be able to communicate in English effectively.
4. Must have reliable transportation.
5. Must be able to pass background check (No Felonies within last 5 years).
6. Must not have any health conditions that would interfere with working as a handyman.
COVID-19 NOTICE: If hired you must not have been exposed to Covid-19 or tested positive within the last 14 days of starting work or traveled out of the country within the last 14 days. You also must be able to wear a mask while working inside of residential properties at all times.
