Hiring an American (PASSIONATE about mowing and landscape PERFECTION) to employ in my 7 year old lawn businessaveraging 15 yards per day. Right now we are averaging 35+ hours per week.
I pay $10-$12 STARTING per hour (depending on professional perfection) and payday is at the end of every week.
Its hot outside, and about to get hotter you will need to already acclimated the heat and humidity and in VERY good physical health.
PUSH MOW (self propelled mower, but)residential yards. Need you to know how to edge and trim. An All American Company. All of my equipment is made in America and all of my employees must be American. (You can be any "pre-American you want" asian-american, hispanic-american, african-americanjust American as Americans are in desperate need of jobs and I'm helping my country.
You ride with me in my company truck and we complete the yards together. 2-3 people, One truck, residential yards, not a commercial company running in busy traffic streets with life death experiences.
We start at CVS in, League City, every morning 7:30. near I-45 and 518.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work. (not a ride from a friend or bald tire mishappenings, etc)
Mon thru Friunless rain or extra landscaping projects lead us to Saturday work.
Lunch is not a long stop at noonwe snack if needed between travel time to lawns, then we get to go home.
This might sound like a position from hell. Bottom line is if you want the work and pay bad enough, you will have a lasting job and a cool boss. I'm just tired of the recent applicants who can't even make it through day one before quitting. This is a contract position, but year round employment. Meaning if you say you can complete the task of a day to finish 10-15 lawns, and quit half way throughmeans you couldn't do the job you said you could do.,,put me out of time, money and workand please don't expect to get paid for a job you promised you could do, but can'tdon't even apply if you can't accept these life responsible terms. I pay well, on time every time. Not for quitters.
