The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the direct managerial oversight of the Maintenance team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a training and quality control resource to ensure proper workflow for all rehab, turn, and maintenance resources
Manage all vendors to ensure available quality vendors for Rehab/ Turn/and Maintenance processes
Provide the first level of financial approval of project awards
Provide a scope validation check for larger, more in depth renovation projects
Be the single point of contact in Maintenance for implementation of corporate processes, training, and enforcement of policy
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior Maintenance experience preferred
Prior customer service experience preferred
Prior Property Management experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to use mobile devices
Basic accounting and math skills
Knowledge of Yardi preferred
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma, BA preferred
Demonstrated attention to detail
Basic financial acumen
