Job Summary
We are looking for a Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor Professional to join our team!
Job Description: As the Maintenance Supervisor: You would have a vital role in the community of 412 apartment homes. You would be responsible for overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for the property. Must have a/c, electrical and plumbing experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing laws, etc. Resident Service § Performs maintenance tasks personally. Documents inventory used for maintenance tasks. Manages a system for prioritizing/handling resident service requests and preventative maintenance. Corrects any maintenance situations within 24 hours when possible. Preventive Maintenance/Safety Conducts monthly scheduled safety meetings with the entire property staff (including leasing office);
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: HVAC license EPA Certification, Valid Driver's License and insurance are required with reliable transportation.
Manage external services responsible for site cleanliness, pest control, painting, construction, and other external maintenance services, assess facility conditions, and adjust or contract support as required.
Perform and/or coordinate preventive maintenance activities on existing equipment, facilities, and facilities systems.
Requirements:
Must have apartment experience.
Must be bilingual, fluent in Engish and Spanish
Must live 30 minutes from the property
Must have valid drivers license
Must have reliable transportation.
