Personal & House Assistant for a real estate agent (drive/light
housekeeping and kid care (boys 11/12)
Job Description:
Main days needed Wed 1:15-5:15 & Friday 9-4pm these 2 days are mainly to
help with the house/kids
or so more hours depending on my schedule
KIDS requirements- Kids must be picked up from school sometimes, at 3:30
pm, 1-3 x a week, and taken to their different school activities during the
school year when I am very booked.
If caring for the kids, Make sure kids have snacks, water, their needed
gear or equipment for the sports done that day, sunscreen, food etc.
Kids need to be encouraged and guided to take baths, do their home-works,
etc.
Light cooking could be required for the boys- whether heating up some
frozen food, or making them pasta, or quesadillas etc. etc. just examples.
They need to be encouraged and reminded consistently to be responsible for
their sports gear, clothes, and things needed
At home, must help keep the kitchen/dishes clean and organized, and
floors in the kitchen tighty, as well as to help with laundry
. Fridays most of the hours are for general medium home maintenance,
including laundry and sheets washing, etc
The pay is $13 dollars an hour
. Plus if there is an aptitude for assisting me in the office, I could potentially have hours there too for
the right candidate, though home and kids are a higher priority.
Ideally someone who lives within 10-15 Minutes from the area of W. Little
York / N. Eldridge
10-13 hours per week
REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable Transportation with current insurance
Valid Drivers License
Bilingual Preferred but not required (English/ Spanish)
