Located near Montgomery/Conroe
Looking for a full time individual to run property maintenance on our meticulously maintained 30 acre farm.
6 days a week - all day
1 day a week - just feeding in the evening
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND REFERENCES WITH THIS TYPE OF WORK.
Live on-site in apartment. AFTER trial period. If you cannot make it work to do a trial period before moving on site, DO NOT APPLY.
Responsibilities include:
Mowing 30 acres weekly
Weedeating 12+ hours weekly
Maintaining zero turn and tractor
Landscape maintenance on house property
Cleaning barn stalls for horses
Turning in an out horses as needed
Feeding horses
Cleaning and maintaining after small animal pets
Cleaning and helping to maintain poultry farming operation.
Maintenance/building skills a plus for small repairs and additional tasks throughout the farm.
Pay is $2000-2500 per month, cash. Depends on experience and capacity.
To work here, you must be able to work outside in any weather.
Must speak enough conversational English.
