Attention pool cleaners! Work for me - an experienced swimming pool tradesman, Texas State licensed electrical contractor and highly educated CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
I have a part time (less than 40 pools) Monday-Friday Montgomery pool route in the 77316/77356 zip codes rapidly growing into a full time route (40-50 pools). Opportunity to assist on other pool routes as needed.
Pay is per pool cleaned. Starting gross pay on this Montgomery pool route is guaranteed at 35 pools and gross pay increases as clients are added to the route.
Preference is for candidates with experience cleaning pools through one complete Texas season, at least one year.
No transportation or mobile phone is needed. I will give you a GPS monitored 2019 work truck (all tools and supplies provided) for the round trip commute to run the pool route, an iPhone for navigation and pool service app and a hitch-mounted Riptide portable vacuum.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a seasoned, ethical owner of a new and growing pool service company.
All Qualifications Must Be Met:
-Valid Texas driverâs license and recent 5 year clean driving record with NO accidents and very low count of minor infractions (your driving record will be pulled and reviewed prior to employment).
-Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check administered by our third party vendor.
-NO FELONS. You cannot be a convicted felon. Absolutely no felony convictions. No exceptions.
-Daylong non-smoking work environment. No exceptions.
-At least 21 years old due to insurance restrictions.
-Demonstrated ability and history of working outdoors unassisted in year-round Texas weather and able to lift 50 pounds.
-Presentable appearance and pleasant interaction skills. Texas politeness and no cursing.
-No excessive tattoos. No neck tattoos.
-Able to swim, distinguish water test colors and not afraid of dogs.
-Must be an early riser! This job starts early in the morning to beat the heat and you must be ready to roll!
-Have a safe and secure place at home to park your GPS monitored company truck.
-Preference for candidates with a reasonable commute to the pool route zip codes.
