Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Traveling General Laborers to assist with a variety of tasks at multiple job sites across different cities/states. This position involves manual labor, the ability to work in different environments, and flexibility to travel for extended periods. Lodging and per diem may be provided based on project location.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties such as loading/unloading materials, cleaning job sites, and setting up/breaking down equipment
Assist skilled tradesmen (e.g., carpenters, welders, technicians) as directed
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow site-specific safety protocols and report any hazards
Travel to various job sites as needed – often with short notice
Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete tasks efficiently and within specified deadlines
Requirements:
Previous general labor or construction experience preferred
Must be able to travel extensively and work flexible hours
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work in physically demanding environments (outdoors, various weather conditions)
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
