A Wholesaler/Distributor located in Southwest is looking for Operation Staff. Daily tasks would include stocking inventory, printing picking tickets, and shipping, assitant to Warehouse Supervisor and Operation Manager or Deliver orders to our local customers, or assistant to Sales Manager to enter sales order. This job requires you to be flexiable to manage one task at one time.
This job requires a very high attention to detail.
This is a full-time position.
Roles and Responsibilities
.Pick up items per picking ticket
⢠pack items securely for shipment.
⢠Ships out orders using FedEx ship manager, UPS, or USPS.
⢠Manage inventory and Stock products on shelves.
⢠Learns and uses new processes and procedures.
. Enter order in the system
. Use company car to deliver orders to local customers
⢠Other duties as assigned by supervisor and Operation manager.
⢠Data entry into database to maintain records and assets.
⢠Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse and equipment.
Education, Training and Skills
⢠High School Diploma or Equivalent.
⢠At least 1 year of previous warehouse work or office work required.
⢠Very high attention to detail.
⢠Must be able to speak, read and write English.
⢠Basic computer skills is must
⢠Must be comfortable working with internet browsers, tabs, and PDF documents.
⢠Must Have own transportation and a valid driver license
⢠Be able to work dedicated hours, be on time, and be productive
⢠Be physically fit and able to lift 50-70 lbs
⢠Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
You must be able to pass a criminal back ground check and drug test and reference check.
