Under the Lights exclusively Powered by Under Armour, Inc is the fastest growing youth flag football league in the country. We currently have leagues operating in twenty states and we're spreading like wildfire!
Under the Lights is one of most successful flag leagues in the country because it's not just football, it's an experience! We incorporate a fun yet competitive event for young boys and girls (K-8th grade). Our goal is to teach the game of football in a safe and secure environment through a non-contact format. We play our games during the evenings to give our players a feeling of excitement and create a family night out. Our parents are elighted to watch their kids play "under the lights" and be a part of their community.
We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial and sales driven operator who loves youth sports and wants to bring a rewarding and top notch program to their community.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
⢠Promote the league in the community
⢠Hire officials
⢠Roster teams
⢠Create game schedules
⢠Manage all game day operations
Under the Lights will assist you every step of the way in order to take your league off the ground! We will help you create, market, and expand annually. We will provide marketing materials, uniforms, equipment, and even insurance. It's simple to get started!
