Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Small local Full-service CPA firm is seeking an administrative assistant to join our team.
The candidate will function as the office assistant in order to drive company success. This person is important and will need extensive training while another person will be available along the way. Over 3 years experience required. Working for an Accounting, Law firm or doctor's office as an assistant to the office manager is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities will include:
Draft correspondence and other formal documents such as engagement letters.
Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Liaise with accountants and Office Director as well as owner to handle requests and queries
Work within organized filing systems already in place
Assemble Tax returns for client pickup
Scan all incoming documents
Perform all other office tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Professional business appearance
Bilingual in Spanish helpful but not necessary
Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation for running errands
Knowledge of Google G Suite a Plus
Must be a Quick Learner
