Seeking an independent contractor for bid request handling from your location, preferably in or near Cypress, TX. We receive requests for bid that need to be separated into appropriate categories and then sent to different suppliers. Once bids from suppliers are received, the bids are consolidated, formatted and sent out for review and approval. Once approved, the documents will be sent to the client, to be followed by invoicing if the bid is accepted. Order processing experience is preferred. Working knowledge of Excel, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are musts. Training in our methodology will be provided. Rate is $15 per hour. Hours will vary.
