Houston's trucking company has an immediate opening for experienced office Assistant and with QuickBooks background to handle invoicing, payables & receivables.
The preferred candidate will be self-directing to manage daily office functions independently, efficient & comfortable working a one-person office setting at times, strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to multitasking at times.
Duties & Qualifications:
- QuickBooks Bookkeeping: billing, invoicing, payables and receivables.
- Bilingual (preferred).
-Â2+ years of administrative office experience.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and email.
- Be able to work independently and with little supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional Phone Etiquette.
- Excellent management and organization skills.
- Must be within reasonable commuting distance (zip code 77071).
Compensation:
- Depending on the level of office experience, will discuss during the interview.
