This is a home health office position which includes, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
. Checking on hospitalized patients
. Checking nurses schedules, make sure current patients are receiving the ordered services, prevent missed visits and check for schedule deviation
. Sending orders and F2F to Doctors and have them signed within allowed time set by Medicare
. Maintain employees records in compliance with agency's policy, state and Medicare and CHAPS requirements
Home Health and KINNSER experience preferred
This is a part time position that can turn to a full time very soon if proven efficient
