Duties:
- Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and reordering supplies
- Booking appointments with clients
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
- Follow up calls to customers
Requirements:
-Have a positive can-do attitude
- Prior office experience.
- Excellent computer skills including use of Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
- Bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Work well under pressure
-Excellent customer service skills
-Be a fast learner and able to work independently
-Have dependable transportation.
-Be able to pass background check and willing obtain insurance license
