DESCRIPTION:
Pelazzio Reception Venue in Houston (Westchase) has an immediate opening for 3 full-time Office Assistants & Account Managers to join our successful event planning team. Our facility specializes in producing full-scale events such as Weddings, Quinceañeras, Corporate Meetings and other Special Events. No previous experience necessary -- we will train the right individual.
Entry level position ideal for
-People who are looking to build a career in wedding industry.
Pay range starting at $18 per hour.
Ideal candidates will have:
-Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and word (Please design your resume tastefully and save it in PDF; This will show us your computer skills)
-Good written and communication skills (Bilingual Preferred but not required)
-Must have a polished professional appearance
-Able to multi-task
-Able to work independently, and follow written checklists
-Must be able to work flexible hours -- Evenings & Weekends Required!
Experience in high end atmosphere is a plus.
