We are a commercial real estate acquisitions company. I have owned and operated the company for three years. Last year we had a revenue of over $1,000,000 and sold over $25,000,000 in properties.
The role will consist of you calling for 4-6 hours a day. I will have a list and CRM for you to use. Here are some requirements:
Must have a good phone voice.
Must be Enthusiastic and outgoing.
You need to be a hard worker and think outside the box.
At times you will get turned down and you must know how to keep going.
You need to be a fast learner and learn things on your own.
You need to know how to use a computer and own one.
You will make around 75-100 calls a day, you are going to be updated the list with notes so organizational skills are a must.
I need someone who is a hustler, I will eventually teach you the business and you will work your way up. I have something no one else has in this industry. I will make you successful but you have to want it really bad.
Work can be done from home.
This is commission based only but you will also get bonuses.
Callers have averaged $10,000 a month.
