Real Estate Analyst Seeking an Analyst with a commercial real estate background with the ability to complete complex assignments in a timely manner with minimal oversight. This position is a Development Analyst with a focus on the Industrial Space (no development experience required). Specific duties include the production of complex commercial real estate reports, market studies, creation of cash flow software models for complex income assignments, and other financial analysis. Compensation: Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits that includes a very strong bonus plan. Requirements Minimum of 1 year as an analyst in a Real Estate background. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple complex assignments with varying deadlines Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills (Experience with Market Point preferred) Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously or as a team member An undergraduate degree is required.
